Concrete Wall Chasing for Electrical Cables
Concrete wall chasing is carried out using either an angle grinder or a professional wall chaser.
Based on our practical experience, most standard chasing work is performed with an angle grinder. This method is suitable for construction sites where finishing work has not yet been completed and where minor dust generation is acceptable.
A wall chaser connected to an industrial vacuum cleaner can be used when cleaner and more precise cutting is required. This method significantly reduces dust and is particularly suitable for renovation, modernisation and electrical installation work in finished interiors.
Dust extraction can reduce airborne dust by approximately 85%, although it cannot eliminate it completely. The wall-chasing method is selected according to the condition of the property, the required chase dimensions, finishing requirements and site-specific conditions.
The use of a wall chaser with professional dust extraction is quoted separately. The final cost depends on the chase depth and width, the strength of the concrete, reinforcement, accessibility, the total scope of work and other project requirements.
The prices shown on the website are provided for guidance only. The final quotation is prepared after our specialists review the project and assess the working conditions.
